What level of customisation do you offer?

Every project is bespoke. We do not use standard plans or fixed templates. Layouts, materials, detailing, and finishes are tailored to each client’s vision, lifestyle, and site conditions.

How do you manage changes during construction?

Unlike most other practices and builders, at ZYRE we endeavour to get everything right before construction commencement. It is the old saying, measure twice - cut once. However, should there be a need for a design change, they are managed through a structured variation process. All changes are clearly costed, documented, and approved prior to implementation to maintain budget and programme clarity.

Who will manage our project day to day?

Each project is led by a dedicated project manager with senior oversight from our directors. Clients have direct access to decision-makers throughout the build.

How involved will we need to be?

As much or as little as you prefer. Some clients enjoy being highly involved, while others prefer a turnkey experience. We tailor our communication and involvement to suit you.
